About Dr. Joy Yang

Dr. Joy Yang is a licensed acupuncturist (Virginia Board of Medicine) and holds a medical degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with over 20 years of hands-on clinical experience.

After decades of working with thousands of patients, she began to recognize a consistent pattern: many chronic and complex health conditions were not random. They were deeply connected to long-term lifestyle habits — disrupted sleep, irregular meals, chronic stress, and living out of rhythm with nature.

While clinical treatments can relieve symptoms, lasting health requires rebuilding daily life.

To address the root causes — not just the surface symptoms — Dr. Joy developed the BioSpiral 5D Healing System™, a structured method refined through years of hands-on clinical practice. The system translates 2,000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine into practical, steady guidance for modern life.
